1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Flint platform, website, or desktop applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Educational Service

Flint provides an educational software platform for medical licensing examination preparation (USMLE, PLAB, AMC, MCCQE), including question banks, computer-adaptive mock exams, weakness analytics, and progress tracking. All content is for educational purpose only and does not constitute medical advice or clinical diagnosis.

3. Billing, Pricing & Payment Gateway

Prices for our products and subscriptions are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and United States Dollars (USD).

• Payments are processed securely via PayFast payment gateway.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
• Subscriptions and product access are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The service, question banks, clinical explanations, algorithms, and interface designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Flint Medical Resources (Pvt) Ltd. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toba Tek Singh, Pakistan.
